We do not encourage SPAM, we do not provide e-mail addresses to third parties (natural or legal persons), we do not trade, offer, exchange e-mail addresses obtained through this site, we do not disclose e-mail addresses to other persons accessing the pages of this site.

According to the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, we are obliged to manage in secure conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide us with about yourself or another person. The purpose of collecting personal data is to operate and deliver the orders placed by you. The main traffic data that is collected on this website are: email address, first and last name, telephone number and delivery and billing addresses.

In accordance with Law no. 677/2001, you have the right of access, the right to intervene on the data, the right not to be subject to an individual decision and the right to take legal action. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you and to request erasure of data. In order to exercise these rights, you can send a written, dated and signed request by post to our company address or via the contact section provided on the website.

We give the user the right to modify your contact data that you have registered, some aspects of which you are interested in, including new information about products and services launched. You can also ask us to delete your data at any time by sending an email to: contact@mariaresidence.ro.

There is also data that cannot be deleted. Orders placed as well as the data provided for the purpose of finalizing these orders will be stored securely for a period of 10 years from the date of placing the order. The order itself as well as the data provided for its finalization shall constitute a contract for the provision of remote services and shall be subject to the tax laws in force. All tax documents must be kept for possible controls for a period of 10 years, reason for which this information will not be able to be deleted.

We use personal data only in the following situations:

• for the processing of orders and the preparation of tax invoices related to these orders
• management and resolution of any problems that may arise in the case of orders placed or services related to orders and products sold
• account information and order status
• in collaboration with courier services for product shipment. Name, address and telephone number will be given to the courier company for the delivery of the parcel
• in communication with the customer
• the telephone number used to establish information more easily and quickly
• sending newsletters, special offers and information. The email address and name will be used by MailChimp for sending newsletters
• statistical purposes to provide a better online shopping experience
• requesting reviews for products purchased

We do NOT use personal data in the following situations:

• sending SPAM messages. Any user of the website may unsubscribe from the newsletter even after initially subscribing.

We may store personal information in order to better manage the relationship with the Customer. The information stored are: email address, contact details (name, telephone number), IPs and ISP (Internet Service Provider – Internet Service Provider) cookies (e.g. Google, Facebook, etc), the internet browser used for browsing (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc) as well as the equipment used for browsing (mobile, desktop or tablet), the date and time the site was visited, the time spent on the site and the pages that were viewed. All stored information will be used for security and statistical purposes through which we try to improve the online store experience.

We assume no responsibility for any malfunctions that may jeopardize the security of the server on which the data is hosted. Also, we are not responsible for the privacy policy practiced by any third party, collaborator that can be reached through various links, regardless of their nature outside the site.

We offer the possibility for users of the site to send comments, questions and suggestions and to upload files. Any information that is submitted through the contact forms will be used in accordance with the individual’s right to privacy and image.
